OK, this is what I have done today

*Made pastry (I have never done that before) for lemon tarts, chocolate ganche tarts and neenish tarts
*Victoria sponge has been turned into cream sponge and lamingtons
* three types of scones, date, savory and pinwheel
* choux pastry into creme puffs and chocolate eclairs
*lemon merginue perfect (which is the lemon and the merginue but not pie crust)
* chocolate mousse (serving size, one teaspoon, served in an egg cup, because I don't have any shoot glasses)
*trio of blinis - salmon, corn fritters and pikelets
* meringues
* chocolate covered apricots

also made for trimmings or decoration: raspberry jam, lemon curd, candied almonds, candied lemon, candied orange

Just waiting for the guests to arrive

This will access your computer system. find the photo you want, then click on it to bring that photo through into Trademe.
