Im making wedges for dinner. Bacon, cheese, sour cream, capsicum and spring onion but which part of the onion do you use?

vtec_babe, what colour capsicum are you intending to use? Personally I would use red capsicum and then both the white and green parts of the spring onion(s), so my suggestion to you is to use which ever part of the spring onion you'd prefer to use - the white part in particular for flavour, the green part for flavour too but particularly for colour.
