i just wonderd if anyone has any ideas on healthy baking, like a muffin thats good for you or a cookie thats good as you can prob tell im limited to my knowledge haha or some kinda musli slice Just for example i made some cookies that where wholegrain flour with raw sugar half the sugar and wholegran oats to me thats got to be better then a tim tam haha

Baked Oaty Slice.
150g butter 1 tablespoon golden syrup 1/2 cup brown sugar Melt together for 2 minutes in microwave. Stir to mix. Add: 1.5 C flour 1 C rolled oats 1/2 C coconut 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 C sultanas
You can add choc chips, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, or instead of rolled oats add muesli, dried cranberries, apricots. just about anything you want. Mix well and press into tin. Bake at 180 for 10 minutes
Oh I usually muesli instead of oats, or a bit of each

Muesli Fudge: 2 C muesli 1 C peanut butter 1 C fine coconut 1 C chopped dates 1 Tbspn honey 1/2 C water 1 C rolled oats 1Tbspn carob or cocoa powder 1 C sultanas or raisins 1/2 C chopped walnuts 1 Tbspn vanilla essence.
Cook dates in water until soft add peanut butter, vanilla and honey stir till all mixed add other ingredients mix well. Sprinkle a Tbspn of coconut into a sponge tin and press mixture on top, spread evenly and push well as it is quite a stiff mixture refidgerate. Cut into squares when set firm. Nice for school lunches.
. 2. Sift sugar, flour, cinnamon and powder into a large bowl.
Add sultanas, carrot, apple, coconut and walnuts.
In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, oil and vanilla.
3. Add to the dry ingredients and fold until just combined - do not over mix.
4. Spoon into muffin pans and bake for
25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve dusted with icing sugar.

ORANGE SLICE-
125 grams of melted butter, 3 tablespoons of orange juice, 4 crushed weetbix, 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 teasppons of baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup of coconut, add buter and sugar then add dry ingeredients then juice and coconut,.
Bake at 180 for 20-25 mins Ive with orange icing and sprinkle coconut over the top
