Hi seasiders i own a gf cafe and kitchen. biscotti is not easy as the gf flours do not bind or hold shape like gluten flours. It is much easier to make biscits rather than a complexed itillianbiscotti. all you need to do is look up frillys and they can halp you out

I've tried several which have all failed - too soft inside. I'll keep trying and post if I find one that works. In the meantime I'll share my favourite GF biscuit recipe (known at home as no 4's as they were my 4th attempt to perfect the quantities) This makes a lot! 190g margarine (any will do) 1 cup packed soft brown sugar 100g brown rice flour 85g GF flour 25g tapioca flour 2 large tablespoons cocoa 1 tsp bicarb 2 tsp gf baking powder. choc chips to decorate.
Cream butter sugar and mix in rest until mixture firm . Roll into balls. Flatten slightly and press in 3-4 choc drops. Bake 8-10 mins at 180 degrees. If you can cope with waiting give them 20 mins to cool!
