Being a oz and lb "girl" I'd measure it by the measurements on the butter paper!

jills3, 1 cup butter =250g, so 115g is not quite ½ cup.
If you don't have scales, the easiest way IMO would be to measure ½ cup butter then to reduce it by 10g remove 1 dssp butter (1 tbsp = 3 tsp = 15g butter so 1 tsp butter = 5g and 10g = 2 tsp or 1 dssp).

Hope that helps.:-))

112 gms is the equivilent of 4 ounces of butter. Half a cup is about right a couple of level teaspoons less for 115 as above. The marks on the butter paper are great for this.

If you just put into the Google search bar 115 grams =you'll get an instant conversion without having to go to a website.
