I didn't realise it was so easy and it's expensive to buy at the supermarket. This recipe worked well, I added a little more lemon juice and garlic and it really packed a punch. We had it with fish and the family loved it. I won't bother to buy it again. This recipe makes about a cup (not a huge one) so might double it next time as it should keep for a few days.

Yum! Might give that a go.I usually just cheat by adding garlic to Bestfoods mayo!

I cheat and make this one as it is really fast to make.Put into a empty jar 1/4 jar good mayonnaise (usually use ricebran oil one), 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 Tablespoon white vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Ricebran oil and Salt & pepper and stir fast with a spoon and thats it.Very nice. Can make bigger lots if you want.

Aioli was just under $6.00 in new World today.I guess it would have cost me maybe $2.00 or so to make it.The olive oil would be the most cost.Nice quick idea to tart up the mayo for quick aioli. : )
