My mum has made a choc raspberry brownie and its turned out real dense and heavy like a mud cake. Any ideas what she can use it for, rather than bining it! TIA

chop it up and use it as a desert, or cut into pieces and put in freezer for later use for deserts or little sweet treats. Melt some plain ice cream and stir thru some pieces of it and then re freeze for your own ice cream version. Can do all sorts, think out side the square. Good luck

Rather than truffles, as long as its not crumbly, why not cut it into small squares and dip in chocolate.hell, now I'm craving some!
