Easy Onion Bread-yum!

Made this today from a recipe collected from somewhere - cut out of a very old magazine I think. It is so tasty so thought I'd share.
Makes a 14cm x 21cm loaf tin, greased if not non stick.

Easy Onion Bread
3 cups Self Raising Flour
1 pkt Maggi Onion Soup
1 finely chopped onion
2 cups of unsweetened yoghurt. I used a 500g container of De Winkel.

Throw the whole lot in a bowl and beat into a sticky dough. It needs to be quite soft. Once well mixed put in tin in oven 180C for about an hour.

It will rise and get a nice brown top. Cut and butter.
I'm going to toast it once it goes a bit stale but really really nice flavour. Could be good for school lunches. Enjoy!
