Am looking for an easy yum chocolate mud cake recipe - maybe one that has both dark and milk choc in it.Last one I made was a white choc passionfruit one which was way too sweet for me.

This was on My Ktichen Rules Australia this season. I can't see why you can't change the chocolate to dark chocolate. I was going to try it myself this weekend without the caramel and brandy snaps.
I make this one: 1 and 3/4c flour 2c sugar 3/4c cocoa 2tsp baking soda 1tsp baking powder 2 eggs 2tsp vanilla 1c coffee (1 heaped tsp instant coffee in 1 cup hot water) 1c milk 1/2c oil
Mix altogether in a bowl with a beater. Pour into cake tin and bake for about 45min on 180degrees.
PS. the mixture should be very runny so its best not to use one of those cake tins where the side clips onto the bottom otherwise the batter drips out lol
