Just watched TV1 and the cook made Bread & Butter pudding with Baileys Irish Creme. One would presume you would do half milk and half Irish, what do you think? Does anyone have the true receipe? Boy, it sure sounds scrumdiddidlyumptious! ! ! ! !

I have made Gordon Ramsay's Baileys B&B pudding a few times, (out of his terrific Desserts book). Very nice.
