My wife has a muscle weakening problem and can't manage the hold down switch on our one which is probably about 10 years old. Any recommendations for current easy to use (press) models / brands! Thanks.

Don't have any specific suggestions but we have one with a slide switch so you don't have to keep the button pressed, you just slide it on and then off when you have finished using it.We have had it for a while so I don't know if you can still get them like that but it might be easier for her to use if you can.

I have a cascade model, it's very easy to use, even with my arthritic fingers,I've had it a few years but find it is great, not sure if they are still available, got it at Warehouse.
