Wrap bread sushi:

I 'invented' these recently when I needed another platter for a party.Took the big, sqaure wraps.Spread lightly with mayo.Thinly slice a lettuce.Lay lettuce-threads over the half of the wrap nearest you, directing them away, not too thickly.Make a row of tinned, flavored tuna toward the middle of the wrap.Lay sliced sun-dried tomatoes and sliced avocado on this.Brush well with lemon-juice.Good grind of pepper,Anything else you wish.Roll-up,firmly,away from you.Lay the rolls on a board in the fridge for a couple of hours.Slice like sushi, and arrange on a platter. You could make other fillings,of course, but the shredded lettuce kept a very good shape and texture.Maybe someone has done this before me,but, after worrying I might be short on finger-food,and spotting the wraps, this is what I made. Was a big hit!
