Hi I'm after a cookie/biscuit recipe that is able to be made into shapes using a cookie cutter. Not gingerbread though, but similar consistancy, oh and no nuts!

Shortbread is really good for this and you can colour it with food colouring or make coffee or chocolate shortbread.
