Would apple cider vinegar or plain white vinegar be an okay substitute for salad vinaigrette! The main salad ingredients are cottage cheese, chickpeas, beetroot and sprouts. The other ingredients are olive oil, garlic and salt.

I'd go for cider vinegar.White vinegar is harsh.
