hello, Can someone please tell me where I can buy this please,preferably in Hamilton! I am not even sure what they mean by it.It is not white or brown rice flour apparently.I need it for gluten free baking recipes . Thanks in advance.

The other name is glutinous white rice flour. I can't find it in Hamilton either. I have tried Bin Inn, Moshims' and the organic shop in Frankton.
I have just been using white rice flour.
I HAVE discovered that coconut flour is fantastic in a lot of recipes. I have not tried the two shops by the Te Aroha Street roundabout though.
I am also looking for potato flour which is different to potato starch flour.

Glutinous rice flour wouldn't be gluten free. Potato flour is available through Moore Wilson. You might have to get it online. Try Chantal Wholefoods, they are in Napier but have an online store.

I got caught out with the Glutinous thing too.Just means 'sticky'
