chips for dip - yep, but for crackers in my case.I mix mine into the cheese but in chunks sounds nummy too.
Sod ya.I'm hungry for smoked fish now.
Just had another thought.Hot or cold smoked!Perhaps bottle it for winter if you have A LOT (depending on the species & freezing).
