Grape jelly or Jam

A real find! Bunches of NZ grown black grapes at the market. Does anyone have a recipe using fresh black grapes - a jelly or jam please. Thanks

Have just made some last night using our white grapes.I just picked off individual grapes into a pot- squashed a few to get the juices running, did not cover them with water as some recipes say as I get a better set this way. Put lid on pot and simmer slowly until juices run and grapes are soft. Put in colander so you get all the juice; measure cup for cup and add sugar. Boil till setting point reached. I have my juice sitting there now- I am going to add finely chopped mint to some of it to get mint jelly as suggested in another thread by juliwen. Good luck!
