Butcher jacks used to sell bags of pork crackling, but lately I haven;t seen any there. Does anyone have a good source of pork cracking?

Yes I miss them too I used to buy them from butcher Jacks, I have seen some recipes out there so tempted to give it a go sometime soon myself.

I've seen bags of crackling from the aussie butcher . It's not a traditional crackling with all the fat on but a more dry one so not sure if it's the same one you're after?

Countdown supermarket have them by the packaged nuts, some bottle stores sell them too. And i saw them the other day at pack n save but they were in the fridges with the raw meat.
