For iPad/iPhone users - Recipe Books App

I thought Id make a thread and share with you guys here too.

After hours of researching different apps I have found one that I liked and suited me best. My Recipe Book. Although I have only used it for like half an hour so far. It doesnt contain hundreds of other recipes (that i didnt need). I wouldve been happy with nothing in it and just add my own recipes to it ie: NZ recipes . since most or all apps were made in US format. Anyway, i have found this to be perfect. I was almost at the point of wanting to make my own lol

If any of you have other Recipe Book apps that you'd like to recommend TM members, feel free to post here. I'd even be interested too if I hadnt already seen them :)

I use Paprika app and there is also Pepperplate. Both are free. These apps are for storing your own recipes, include timers for cooking and one has provision to upsize or portion a recipe. It depends what you like which one of these you use.

I started a thread a while ago asking for apps and someone recommended both of yours bernice,I have Pepperplate and its great - yes and free, I have added a few recipes just basic so when I go away I have a few favourites if I wanted to make something, I think I looked at paprika but thought pepperplate was better. I also have a Jamie Oliver app there are lots of free recipes but some of them you have to buy so will just try the free ones!

I have just looked at 'my recipes' and it looks great only $1.99 usd I imagine!but lookes better than pepperplate. I suppose my ipad will end up like my recipe book cupboard and drawer.full!
