Does anyone cook corn on the cob in here, and how do you do it !

I haven't done that but if you must then I'd take off a lot of the outer husk, leaving some leaves on to completely cover the cob. Fold the last lot of leaves down and remove the silk. Butter and salt the cob and pull the leaves back over. Place on the middle rack and cook at about 160C for about 20 or 30 minutes (I suppose) If you don't like the thought of the butter oozing everywhere either don't use it or employ my favourite baking paper parcel as outlined in your other thread.

You could also just place 'nude' cobs in a roasting bag and cook.

Edited to add - remember it is just an oven and what you can do in an oven you can either do, or adapt, for the EC.
