I have chicken breasts and lebanese pita breads, what is a good recipe to use! I don't have a sandwhich press so how would I toast them! Thanks

Doner Kebab is a huge slab of ground lamb on a vertical spit that rotates in front of a heat source.The meat is shaved off to order.I don't think you can really reproduce it at home, and not from chicken breasts.
You could make ordinary Turkish-style kebabs on skewers - maybe that's what you have in mind.Do you want a recipe for that!

I just grill/bake chicken breasts brushed with BBQ sauce, when cooked I then slice on a slant. Spread pita bread with hummus, top with salad of your choice andchicken slices, also preferred dressings or sweet chili sauce.Fold the pita bread, put into a fry pan and toast on both sides.
