grated cheese, onion & beated egg. Extra can add sliced tomato or any of your fav toppings. Spread on bread & place bottom of the oven to cook. No need to pretoast bread this way & nicer.

TOASTIE PUFFS
2 eggs
1 x 32g packet onion soup mix
1¼ cups (175g) grated cheese
4 slices toast-thick breador2 halved burger buns

Beat the eggs, add the onion soup mix and the cheese. Spread the thick mixture thickly on the bread slices/halved buns
Bake at 230ºC until browned and puffed
Serve hot/warm or allow to cool on a cake rack, then cut into finger lengths.:-))

These aren't cheese rolls they're 'dip rolls' nothing like the delicious authentic ones.
