Gremolata recipe?

Had a fantastic steak at a restaurant that had gremolata on top, have googled it but nothing tastes remotely nice or anything like this - hoping someone has a tried and proven gremolata recipe please

Never heard of Gremolata sounds like cremota (fine porridge)

Gremolata is a mixture of grated lemon zest, finely chopped fresh garlic and parsley. It is originally from Italy and served by sprinkling overOsso Bucco (braised veal shin). The proportions vary, but a rule of thumb is 2 cloves of garlic, zest of 1 lemon, 2 tab finely chopped parsley.

It's a very useful mixture for all kinds of meat dishes and also gratins of root vegetables .

Thanks - yes this is the normal recipe that I have tried but my proportions must be up the whop as it didn't taste like the gremolata I had at a restaurant. Will keep perservering.
