Hi all, I have done a search but all the recipes either have cream, sour cream and chicken stock in them.All of which I dont have, and am in pjs and can not be bother going to shop.Hubby away and he hates mushrooms, so am craving mushroom soup.I have a heap of mushrooms, milk, onions, evaporated milk etc.Anyone have any yummy recipes.I love thick soup.thanks

Whack all those ingredients together with some garlic and thyme.Make some garlic croutons.Or if you have any, sprinkle over a little blue chesse or Gruyere.
