i have some tenderised beef steak out for tea but not sure what to make with it

Have you got a BBQ! I would season the meat with a little salt & paprika, a splash of olive oil and coat all over then grill/fry on a high heat until cooked to your liking. Serve with a bernaise sauce, lemon wedges, grilled mushrooms and sweet corn also all done on the BBQ and a green salad.
