Pork kebabs - thread the pork onto skewers with capsicum, cherry tomato, red onion, zucchini and pineapple or apple then brush with a basic BBQ sauce and either BBQ or grill

Nice marinated in pinapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar and a little cornflour.Skewer with pinapple green peppers and whole mushrooms.

stir fry! the trick is to cook really really hot in a little oil so as to get that lovely brown caramelisation instead of the boiled look then add your stirfry veges cooked on high still then add your sweet and sour mix or plum sauce canned pineapple canned mini corn cobs is nice to drain first simmer and eat with rice yum!
