I am terrible at making Icing it always tastes wrong can someone please tell me where I might be going wrong!

do you add vanilla essence & a small bit of butter. Maybe too much water!

no i mostly use margarine should it only be butter that i use!

I use butter as Marg may be a bit oily. In the lefthand message board under icing & date posted last year are icings that other memebers have made. Maybe try one.
