I follow a Blog who has posted this neatrecipe her jewish grandfather made .Matzo mealwhere in NZ would I find this for making the balls .please !

Try Johnson's grocers in Christchurch. Zarbo have it too. Google matzo flour available in NZ. There should also be places in Wellington that stock it- Moore Wilson perhaps! Are you going to make chicken soup too! Delicious.

jbsouthland, I'm sure I saw Matzo Meal, between Christmas and New Year, at On Trays in Petone.For more info' have a look at:-

For anyone who is interested I know for sure that On Trays had quite a few tortilla presses displayed amongst their very interesting and varied stock.
