I sometimes make a dessert which is similar to a chocolate mousse (and which vegetarian, vegan, dairy free): I would call it "Choc avocado mousse" maybe - it certainly tastes way different from the traditional dairy version.

2 or more ripe avocados, the meat scooped out of the shell
3 tablespoons honey (more or less to taste or any other sweetener)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
pinch of salt

Use a blender or food processor to blend the avocados until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until everything is combined.
Add more or less sweetener according to your taste.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

The mind boggles what "sugare free" and "vream free" means.

Only a nit-picking mind ;)

The rest of us accept typos as a common and acceptable feature of internet blogs and forums like these.

I enjoy typos.

I know a writer who accidentally typed 'gubbers' in a work of fiction instead of 'buggers', liked it and left it there ;)
