I have a breville breadmaker do I have to use their recipes or can I get another one off google. I dont have any milk powder

Can use any recipes. I use anything that sounds nice. (Can also just leave out the milk powder if you want to)

I have a Breville and their recipes are great, *make sure you have the NZ versions tho* Best recipe for your classic loaf is the French Bread cooked on French setting. Lovely crusty outer, soft fluffy inner. I use an old sunbeam recipe for my Foccacia bread (does have milk powder tho) it is the best around. Happy to post it if required.

I often make my bread with just water.
