Hiya I am originally from Chch and down there we have a shop called Funky Pumpkin that specialised in cheaper fruit and veges (maybe not first grade). They'd sell things like a bucket of apricots for $5 PERFECT for making jam! Sooooo. are there any shops here that do the same! From memory there used to be one near the Mad Butcher Kakatea Drive (sp!) which has since closed down. Thanks in advance

not sure - BUT find the heaphy terrace veg shop, around the corner from boundry road by far the best in town.always busy so everything is fresh & turned around quickly & fantastic family run it with fantastic prices.
