can you put themon a low temperature in the oven to rise before you glaze them @put them back in the oven @ the higher temperature to cook ? . thanks

I let mine rise on the bench or in a sunny spot then bake. I make sure my glaze is ready when the buns are cooked, slap the glaze on then return to the oven for about 5 mins.
