What do you use to 'glue' together a gigngerbread house, is it royal iceing!

Yes royal icing, or you can use melted white chocolate if you prefer

I used to use toffee. it was very quick and held well. until the fateful day we drove to the beach with a gingerbread house on a hot day and the toffee melted and it collapsed. Now I use royal icing
