If I buy them today will they be ok(I plan to heat in oven so they are crispy on the outside) on the day, or should I wait until tomorrow to buy! Thanks in advance all you clever people -this is a big cooking event for me!

Freeze them - just bought 10 for us over Christmas and put them straight in the freezer
