Fun to click and save aren't they!I have just been trawling through all my saved recipes to select a few new salads for Christmas Day.I'm going to print them out and string them up across a shelf and my helpers can choose whichever one they like to make :)

One more thing for last minute shoppers/cooks.Countdown has a free Christmas brochure which has recipes for an interesting eggplant and goat's cheese salad and a colourful red salad, among others.

I just love the sound of the watermelon and feta salad!My neighbour has made it and from the responses she has got it's certainly a winner!
