Cheese log-I need a receipe please

chiz, Dec 19, 8:07pm
I was chatting with my Mum about Christmas Day nibbles and we both want cheese log. I thought I had a recipe but can't find it. It has cheese, parsley, garlic in it but I can't remember what else. Has anyone got a yummy one!

1/2 green or ead pepper, finely chopped
2 T chopped ham
1 clove garlic, crushed

in a bowl place all ingredients except walnuts and mayonnaise.
Mix well and all mayonnaise gradually so to bind mixture but not to make too wet.
