Pork in the crockpot!

Has any body ever cooked a pork roast in the crockpot.and if so how is it done!.thanks :-)

Yes pork is lovely in the crockpot, so tender once you try it you wont go back to the oven way again.

Yep pork roasts in red wine with bay leaf and Juniper berries, thyme and rosemary. Very nice! My pork roasts are "peeled", so I have no crackling. If you want crackling you need to do this separately or under the grill.

I start on high - as it seems to take so long to get going - then go down to low after about 4 to 5 hours.

put pork in crock pot with out any water tip a bottle of bit on the side apple sauce over top of pork and cook 8hrs on low sooooooooo yum
