Inspire me.
I am thinking sausage rolls. Mini quiches.
Then what! People here aren't big fans of christmas mince pies.but what else is special! I was thinking tarts or loaf.

I often make Neenish tarts for Christmas, and a couple of years ago, I made Macarons which turned out really well.
