It says to add 1 teaspoon of kremelta to the choc. what does this do! make it more liquid! easier to dip MM'!. I went to buy some but refused to pay $6 for a tub of something I only needed a teaspoon of and would not use again before it expired. lucky my lovely aunt had some and gave me a bit, but still curious as to what it actually does to the choc, thanks

it helps it to harden the chocolate when it 'sets'

Ahhh, thanks for that, I better add it then

It thins the chocolate to make it easier to coat.Does not make any difference to setting IMO.

1tsp of oil works just as well,, it helps with the coating of the marshmallows and it stops it setting to crack consistancy. so when you bite it it doesn't shatter. Hope that makes sense,. I use oil.
