Seafood salad recipes please

I buy a mix of seafood, depends on how many you are making for.
Prawns/Shrimp
mussels BBQ/Chili/Smoked etc, cut into 3 or 4 pieces
smoked salmon chop it into smaller pieces
surimi mix and again chop smaller
I pile this all onto a bed of lettuce/salad greens and add the following as well:
cheese cubes or feta
olives
celery
tomatoes chop into pieces
peppers
Then I add a salad dressing of choice.
As it needs to be diabetic and heart friendly I would suggest you leave off the dressing and allow people to add which type they wish.
I love mine with a creamy dressing but its also nice with a lemon style dressing as well.
