Quick question

I am part way through baking and have realised I don't have any eggs.Is there anything I can use as a replacement!It's a date loaf.Many thanks.

Gelatine well dissolved in a small amount of hot water - sorry I don't know how much.Also add a mashed banana.It holds it altogether.

Golden syrup is a substitute for eggs. Probably ok in a date loaf. 1 tablespoon per egg.

I ended up just cooking it without any substitute and seems fine.Easy to slice and tastes nice too!
