Savoury Xmas themed nibbles! Need ideas, please!

all the Xmas themed nibbles I can think of are sweet. Has anyone got some festive food ideas that are savoury! I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel and all I can think of is making cocktail meatballs and saying they're reindeer droppings! LOL! Surely there's some better ideas out there.

Lol. Blinis with lumpfish caviar, sour cream, mashed boiled egg, smoked salmon and tiny slices of spring onion. You can add a slither of red capsicum if you like to give it the red, green and white colours of Christmas.

Stuffed cherry tomatoes (or use bigger ones if you cannot be fagged with fiddling about with smaller ones). Cut tops off tomatoes (or in half if bigger), scoop out the inside and stuff with:
1. Cream or cottage cheese and pesto
2. Hard boiled eggs mashed with spring onion, mustard, parsley and cream
3. Hummus

Thanks buzzy! Think I'll give your tomatoes idea a go - perfect colours!

Don't discard the meatballs idea though.

cheeseball with red and green pepper or parsley

Tomatoes are done.and I made a cheeseball, but shaped it like a Christmas tree, rolled it in chopped parsley & chives and decorated it with chunks of yellow and red capsicum. Final touch was a yellow capsicum star on top! Thanks for your suggestions! :o)
