I think you will have to expand a bit more in order to get any responses. First question is: "What do you think a cheese cooker is"! Is it, for instance, a fromage maker that holds the milk, rennet and culture at a pre-set temperature for as long as necessary, or do you mean something else entirely!

hi sorry you put the cheese in it (a ceramic bowl with a lid it is a little bit bigger that a camembert) and cook it in the oven

Some Spanish washed-rind cheeses are traditionally baked before serving.My Spanish friends just use a small cazuela (shallow round terracotta dish) without any cover.Most kitchenware shops have cazuelas of various sizes.
