I only ever do my pavs etc on fan bake and never have had a problem.

opps, a hard word to spell. has anyone used fan bake to cook these. I usually do 2 trays on normal bake, but as I want to make lots, could you fanbake them. dont want them mis-shapen.thanks

Yes you can, just remember to turn heat down by at least 10 degrees.
