Does anyone have any nice bread recipies that turn out light and fluffy for a breadmaker that has a gluten free cycle. My 9 year old daughter has just been diagnosed with celiac and the bread that i have made her is not that fluffy any helpful hints and recipes of any sort would be much appreciated.

basco bread mix. not sure if its ok for bread maker, we do it in a loaf pan in the oven in 40 minutes
