No they are not - read up on what carbs are garfeild101.

I have explained in your other thread that all starch and sugar is pure carb.

Everything made from grains (=starch) is high in carbs.

If you really want to go low carb then read up on it - if you don't understand the concept it will not work.
Good luck!

Garfeild all you have to do is read the label. It will tell you what percentage of the product is made up of carbohydrate.Or look it up on the internet (Google). This is what I found for Corn Cruskits:

Fat
4.4%
Carbs
80%
Protein
15.6%

So it is obvious that Corn Cruskits are not low carb.

raw veges have a crunch.Go nibble on a carrot, cucumber, radish, dipped in yoghurt.

x1
stuff equal weights of ground almonds & cheddar in a food processor & blitz until it all goes like a dough. Roll into balls & place on a lined baking tray. Flatten with the base of a glass until quite thin & bake at 180 until golden brown. leave to go cold before eating. Perfect alternative to crackers. There are also plenty of other alternatives if you try googling low carb cracker recipes.
