I'm just making a feijoa loaf and I've got some feijoas left I thought I could make muffins with them. But I don't have a recipe, anyone have one please? ?

Feijoa Muffins:
2 cups self raising flour, 75 grm butter, melted, 1 cup chopped feijoas, 2 eggs, fnely grated rind of 1 orange, 1/4 cup orange juice, 3/4 cup sugar.
Melt butter, mix in feijoas. Add unbeaten eggs, orange juice and rind. Mix utill combined. Add sugar and flour. Put into muffin tins. Bake @ 200 oC for 15-20 mins.

Cool thanks, I had a look for a feijoa thread but couldn't see one, so thanks for that.
