They have been taken out of a very large tin and am thinking of freezing them, would they still be ok to use once defrosted!I was thinking of blitzing them with tahini and making a "kind of" hummus. but just need advice around whether or not to freeze. Thanks for any constructive feedback!

Borlotti - like a white red bean.like a harricot bean- I think anyway similar to the red beans you get in the tinned 3 bean mix. Sorry of that sounds confusing ;-)

Yes you can freeze them but I suggest freezing them in the liquid they come in out of the tin.
