Hey guys I have been asked to make some cupcakes in the birds of paradise colour and whilst I do a bit of catering on the side I dont normally do cupcakes so how much should I charge per cupcake!

What percentage do you normally add to your costs when catering. Cost out your ingredients, and add a percentage for labour, keeping it realistic.

If it has handmade sugar paste decoration, then about $3.50- $4.00.
