After a Ray McVinnie recipe - "Three Streams . .

I'm after an old Ray McVinnie recipe called (I think) "Three Streams Boil Up".
It uses chicken breast, beef filletand assorted vegetables in stock.
I used to do it about 20 years ago and was reminded of it recently and have lost the recipe.
I've googled, but no luck
Can anyone help?

you are welcome . I had a look at the Cuisine website too as it has many of his recipes on it - check this one out for poached meats - it sounds very similar to what you are looking for .
